JICON INDUSTRIES has completed 28 years of its existence in the year 2012. The company was founded in 1984 by young engineering entrepreneurs with the aim to manufacture machineries required by pharma, food, cosmetics and allied industries.

Over last nearly three decades the company has progressed from manufacturing of simple machines like dry powder mixers to manufacturing of sophisticated automatic packaging machines.
The company's approach is customer oriented and has always responded to customer requirements, feed-back and suggestions for continuous improvements. Interaction with machine operators and customer's engineers has given the company invaluable understanding and experience of the needs of the industry and to offer a wide range of machineries and equipments required for different departments. The company has concentrated to cater to the needs of medium and growing pharma formulation manufacturers who offer a good scope for its products.

Our manufacturing facility is located at Mumbai and is well supported with modern machines and equipments to carry out the essential manufacturing activities, backed by a qualified team of design/production engineers and experienced work force. We have developed several outsourced resources and many of our Vendors are with us since development. In house computer design facility with 3D modeling and production planning system facilitates us to deliver quality and cost effective equipments with shorter delivery time. A strong team of skilled and experienced technicians are available with us for erection, commissioning and servicing of the machines / equipments in the field under closed monitoring of senior engineers.

Company entered in to international business in 1994 and has since exported various types of machineries to customers in several countries around the world. Most of the customers are with the company for past several years and we are their preferred machinery supplier in our category and have been honored with repeat orders, which is the certificate of customer satisfaction.

Presently our premier offer is our BLISTRIP range of high speed automatic blister packing machines, ENSULE range of automatic capsule filling machines, dry and wet powder mixers, automatic tube filling machines, size reduction machines like granulators, mills etc.

The company presently employs 5 engineers and over 25 technicians / mechanics in production and 8 people in sales, administration and management area.

Consistent with our policy, we developed a flat-bed automatic blister packing machine suitable for Alu+Alu blisters, which is the latest trend in pharma industry for packaging of premium products. This machine has been introduced in the market and has been very well received.
